Stolen packages, dog pee smell, and no AC for 90+ days (ongoing)
April 22, 2025If you’re looking to rent here, I wouldn’t recommend it. Some of the main issues include the fact that packages are stolen on a daily basis and that many tenants let their dogs relieve themselves inside the building. It pretty much always has a faint smell of dog pee. Aside from these issues, my biggest problem is my AC. It has been out for over 90+ days, and maintenance has been in and out of my apartment multiple times a week without it being fixed. I’ve never heard of an AC taking over 3 ...months to fix (and it’s still not fixed). Maintenance is usually good about everything else, but it’s clear to me that the landlord has decided to take the cheap route rather just replace my entire AC - so I can’t blame maintenance for that. Cig Smoke In Apartment
January 22, 2025Smoking cigarettes is allowed in the units themselves, just not in the common areas. My neighbor smokes cigs in their apartment, it leaks into my apartment. The smell of cigarettes is overpowering and gets on my clothes. My whole apartment smells like an ash tray. The most management will do is ask the neighbors to smoke out their window then ignore your emails. The building inside and out smells like dog urine, especially around the elevators. Soundproof
October 10, 2022This apartment is okay but depends on who lives next to you. My both neighbors were really loud and didn't have a small basic attitude. They played basketball in the house at 2 am and one couple kept fighting until early morning almost every day. The wall is very thin so you can hear everything even the phone ringing. One of the biggest reasons that I didn't renew this apartment was not soundproof. I usually can hear moaning in my bedroom 3-4 am. I couldn't hold out anymore.Review from Apartments.com

December 16, 2020I give this place a 5 star review, but not having Jenny in the front office made you guys lose one. She made Main 2525 very warm and full of positive energy. Even when I walked the stairs I see her working. It took me a few weeks to see people on my floor but I see her all over. You can tell things aren't as it used to be. A lot of things here and there is making me turn my head, BUT hopefully that energy if restored.
