There's a reason this place is priced low for the neighborhood. This place is a pit. Repairs, when abd if done, are bare bones and substandard, with refurbished materials used. Multiple code violations in several of the units. Cockroach infestations and lack of hot water are common and constant. Ill-fitted windows. Building also has a termite infestation. Several units have illegal gas heater units which do not meet code. The only positive attributes are the neighborhood in which it is located ...
