I need a place my kid's can feel free rp be able to play outside ..ride bikes and swim and just b kid's.. They don't allow kid's to be kid's here

Very cheap all included rental. But the building is old and getting repairs can be tricky and time consuming.
Also a lot of people that must not have jobs because they hang out outside ALL DAY EVERYDAY.
know that other more expensive places are better, but it's cheap and has a pool and cheap laundry room.
