Worst Apartments Ever
March 6, 2023Besides there being literally no amenities, everything leaks the ceiling, the furnace, the sinks. You will battle rats, roaches, children screaming underneath your windows, trash everywhere. The parking is horrible. There is literally NOTHING good about these apartments. Words can’t describe how horrendous my experience has been here…and they have the audacity to raise the rent with no changes. Artcraft Management is the absolute worst.Review from Apartments.com

Not worth it
February 27, 2021My ceiling leaks every other week. Instead of fixing it maintenance just patches it up. Only for it to leak again. Work orders for maintenance just sits there for months with no fix. Everything is falling apart inside my apartment due to poor foundation. Cracks form in the ceilings, the doors never stay on track, people have Pitt bulls here and management does nothing about it. Dog poop everywhere. They complain to tenants about trash pickup when the city is not dumping trash every week. It’s ...right next to the highway so all night you hear cars and sirens of all kinds. They have been saying they would put up cameras for years now and haven’t. The list goes on.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Furious!
November 13, 2015This was my first apartment and it seemed great at first. Only because it's a two bedroom town home with only electric. However the maintance people are rude. they only knocked once then proceeded in. What if I was naked They then used my bathroom materials when my toilet broke. Oh and they have no survalence in the parking lot. My car was hit twice OVERNIGHT!! & they did nothing about it.Review from Apartments.com
