Manatee Cove Apartments

Before we moved in I was concerned because these apartments are income based meaning if you make too much you can't live here. Oftentimes in that situation you get a bad element. That is not the case here. I am perfectly comfortable letting my children go to the playground by themselves, I leave my front door unlocked, I go outside in the middle of the night if need be. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is beautiful.
