December 8, 2020On the website rent is one price but in reality it’s higher than what’s told. Rent is never just a set amount. If you’re one day late on rent you’ll have a $100 late fee. You’re paying for stuff that wasn’t told to you when you’ve applied. Like trash and sewer and somehow ours is always over charging and we’re barely home.Property Manager Responded

I love it here
January 16, 2018My family love it here I feel like you are home when u come here the staff is like a family here and if you need for them to do something for you they are there for you if you need time on rent. they will give it to you if you have pets they love pets and vary pet friendly.so I say that to say this if u what to feel like you are at home come to Manchester park apartments.Review from Apartments.com

Manchester Park is a Great Place
August 23, 2015I am a single mother. My daughter is three years old. I work as an RCA rural carrier at the USPS. I have been working there as a substitute for eight years. I moved here at Manchester Park Apartments in 2010. I am struggling now to pay my bills because I'm only working one day a week. My position is based on seniority at work. My Land Lord has been working with me so I can get caught up on my rent. Yes, it has been a long struggle with me doing everything by myself. I love my two bedroom ...apartment. It is nice and clean. My neighbors are great. The kids all get alone and play very well together. The maintenance crew are always on time. The apartments are located near Parks and Hospitals. The shopping stores and schools are nearby. The staff here are really great and they care. Manchester Park is a very safe and clean environment to live in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
