Recent improvements have changed it completely
April 20, 2024I’ve been living in these apartments for a while now, and I must say, the recent changes have been fantastic. Yes, we've had some issues like roaches and occasional car towing in the past, but the new management has truly turned things around. They're incredibly cooperative and attentive to all our concerns and complaints. Not to mention, the recent renovations are a game-changer! The new pool and clubhouse look amazing, adding a whole new level of luxury to the community. And I've heard ...they're not stopping there – plans for a new play area and recreational activities for kids are in the works, making it an even more family-friendly environment. They have a visitor parking too making it a very comfortable experience for future residents. Overall, I'm really impressed with the positive direction this place is heading. It's becoming more than just an apartment complex; it's a vibrant community where residents' needs are genuinely prioritized.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good amenities and excellent staff
January 31, 2018I have been here two months with minor to no problems. They fill the work orders quickly and the staff is so helpful. There is visitor parking and they do have a towing company. Parking permits do get passed out to residents. As long as you are a good resident then there are no problems at Mandalay palms.Review from Apartments.com
Really Bad News
September 22, 2017Having a problem with A/C leaking, they won't fix it. Carpet is all wet...they don't care. The water seldom works right, it is being turned off all the time. Try hard to find another apartment before renting here.Review from Apartments.com
