Very rude unfair landlord

Don't move there the landlords are terrible. They left us with a broken stove and a taped oven door and refused to replace it. When we moved in you were allowed pets and to smoke on your deck now they won't allow either. The building is old and run down. There is a bad odour in the hallways also. Don't move there. They hike up the rent as soon as a tenant moves out.
