June 4, 2017If you want to live with roaches this is the place. The cleaner you are , the more roaches there are. It might look nice but it has a lot of flaws that is not worth it SYAy AWAY!!Review from Apartments.com
Not very nice looking from the outside
August 1, 2016I passed by this apartment because I was interested in the floor plan and the pricing but was ultimately disappointed in the appearance of the building. It definitely looked better in the pictures than it did in real life.Property Manager Responded

Nice apartment bad neighborhood
October 6, 2015This is a very nice apartment ..but it has its flaws this area is not as great. the apartment complex has a pool and kids around the area like to jump the gate and jump in the pool when it specifically says that you have to live in complex to use the pool and you have to have adult supervision! they are very rude the have even threaten my husband to shoot him just because my husband was in the pool with our 4 year old daughter! I really wouldn't want to live in this area any longer! Management ...does nothing. Also it is flooded with roaches!!!like i said if this apartment was in another area i would be happy! i would really want to live in a better area for the sake of my baby girl.Property Manager Responded
January 10, 2018Thank you for your comments. In the time since you were here many advancements have happened an Manor Court. The neighborhood has become much cleaner and a Church built near by. The exterminator has been regularly visiting the building in order to diminish the unwanted bugs. If your still looking for a place please come say hi to Ana, we would be happy to meet with you.
