This has been the best apartment neighborhood/complex we have ever lived in. Having renewed our lease three times, we would’ve continued a fourth if it weren’t for purchasing a home. Our layout is the B1 which is really nice because you don’t have anyone above or below you, and the noise from shared walls is minimal due to the layout. really nice to have a driveway leading into the garage, especially if you want to bbq.
The other thing too is that the neighborhood is really quiet with respectful neighbors. Few of the streets are thruways, so it cuts down on vehicle noise from cars passing by.
I also have really enjoyed the amenities. There is a locker storage system for packages, occasionally we have deliveries to our door, but that’s minimal and we’ve had no issues. The club house is very welcoming, can be rented for events or gatherings at a fair price, and I’ve never seen the gym or pool areas messy.
Lastly, the maintenance team here has been really helpful. You can use the app to put in general requests, but if it’s an emergency, you have a direct line and usually receive a callback after a few minutes of leaving a message if no one answers.
Living here has been a great place to be and is a happy balance between traditional apartment living and having a townhome.
