Don’t feel safe
March 24, 2023Lived here for 7 months and can’t wait to move out. 3 cars have been stole from the property in the last 6 weeks. Cars are broken into ALL the time. Homeless people swimming in the lap pool. Management makes no changes despite lots of complaintsProperty Manager Responded

Renter Beware.
December 1, 2021For being a brand new luxury apartment a lot of the apartment is in poor condition. The early termination fee for breaking a lease is $3,300 and you still have to pay them for two or more months rent as well. During our lease so far we have had our car broken into, doggy waste station is rarely filled with bags, very few amenities are available even though they charge amenity fees and pet fees and trash fees and waste fees and sewage fees and anything else that they can think of. Not to mention ...the appliances are all super cheap "high efficiency" appliances that barely serve their purpose (the dishwasher barely washes or dries dishes. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone around you doing every little thing. Don't rent here if you ever work from home, enjoy using your patio or like to have peace or quiet The leasing office staff are unhelpful and nickel and dime you for every charge they can legally make. I regret signing a lease at Lenox Maplewood apartments.Property Manager Responded

Best Maintenance Crew
November 10, 2021I appreciate how our Maintenance Crew is always on top of things and they all have great attitudes. Although I’ve only had to have them repair a couple of items, I see them constantly around the property fixing and installing fixtures equipment and so on.
