Improving
January 20, 2023I've noticed since my last review that things are improving. that's an amazing thing and hopefully they will continue to because my renewal is coming up and I'm interested in what they will offer a loyal customer at the time in the economy when a recession is inevitable. The Leasing Agents are amazing especially Anthony as he goes above and beyond understanding that we are the customer and very helpful. The young lady that sits next to him is awesome as well. horrible managment
November 1, 2022property manager never replies to emails , they have cost me 10's of thousands of dollars due to their inadequate management, homeless attacking residents running through the halls trying to hurt people. gates are always broken, package retrieval at its worst. my 2nd car was booted for an inhouse problem and i will never see my money back. cars broken into , they simply don't care. its like high with the management.. petty , no cusomer service and i know of at least 25 residents all moving at ...the end of their lease. I've been forced to all an attorney becuase no one will respond even the regional people don't respond. run and hide from here. Worth IT! Location and Management are Great!
October 22, 2019First off, Brandy the Property Manager, strives to get things done and is constantly trying to address issues and improve things for the residents. Mica is also a great smile to walk into as a Leasing Agent. The entire office crew is great. Great interior and parking garage included is nice to have. I do have to say, in reading one of the recent reviews, I think its funny that they speak about packages not being logged in the office and lost, because packages dont typically go in the office. They ...go to the Amazon Hub lockers that we are given access to create an account very easily, with your move in papers. Other packages are in front of your doors if you do not use the Amazon Hub lockers. You receive an immediate email and/or text stating your locker code. This is a huge seller for me, knowing they will be locked up until I am able to pick it up. Burglaries, I also have a hard time with that statement, if you are actually parking past the garage gate with a true registered resident tag. There is an entry gate and then a garage entry gate after visitor area. Personally, I understand everyone has different views & situations, but Brandy(my understanding)- has been back on this property less than a year and has made a huge impact already! A JOKE!
October 15, 2019Save your money and rent elsewhere! I knew it was a sketchy but upcoming neighborhood BUT there is still LOTS of homeless people walking around everywhere you look. I toured and leased an apartment and when I moved in I had nothing what I thought I was getting! My apartment looked over a scary car repair shop which I was told I was going to have a courtyard view. Walls are super thin and every person living here must smoke weed because the entire building... I mean the ENTIRE BUILDING and ...hallways smell like straight up weed. People in the office are nice but fake and lie straight up to you when you go and complain about the weed issues. The office and amenity areas are nice but go take a walk around and get a second look at the property. A JOKE!Property Manager Responded

Don't Live Here
July 30, 2019I recently moved out of this complex. They supposedly sent me a letter with an amount owing, yet I never received it. The first time I ever heard of it was when I got harassing phone calls from a collection agency to my mom's cell phone. The complex has not be helpful in resolving this matter at all, and can't provide any proof that they mailed me anything, and even if they did mail it, they mail one letter and then report you to credit? Cars got broken into in the garage all of the time. ...There are homeless people sleeping in front of the building. There was a driveby shooting at a park several blocks away that killed 3 people. The office lost multiple packages of mine, despite me having proof of delivery. They don't log packages or even notify you when you have a package in the office. When I first moved in my garbage disposal wasn't working. It took 6 different times to get maintenance to come and fix it.Property Manager Responded

Extremely Lacking
April 30, 2019Stayed here over the course of two years, most of which was under current management. In that time, I’ve had my car vandalized five times over, both front lights smashed, both sides of car doors keyed and multiple marks to the rear of my car. In addition, my residence has been had two attempted burglaries. I’ve reported each in to current management, Hilary, Erica and multiple others, and the action is always the same, none taken, mind you there are cameras in property.
