just filters right back into the kithchen serving more of a filter than exhaust. So no matter how often I cleaned I would always find some mold hidden in my bathroom or kitchen. My back door had a seal damaged leaving an exposed gap in my door, the maintenance man just covered the gap with another seal never removing the damage one so his fix did not last long. Another issues they continued to never really fix is the drainage in the parking lots, if it rains the drains are clogged and dont work. So you will have to tredge through water to get to your car, and their solution is to put a sump pump at the bottom of the drain each time, leaving electrical cords dangling above the water on a nylon orange cone (very hazardous water electricity=death). The laundry room is terrible the machines are never serviced, other than spraying and wiping out the tub, and out dated looking like lates 80s model machines. And with having only 2 washer and 2 dryers for 2 buildings with 16 apartments it makes difficult to find an open time to get yours done. Im not one to complain most of the time but I feel like this information should be shared, in my year they raised rent and changed management which both have proven to be unsuccessful in providing adequate changes to the living environment.
