The second time it was a no brainer to call them up and luckily we found a place to live. They remembered us from 6 years prior! The social committee is awesome, they include pet fun, the maintenance staff is amazing if and when you need them and we love our temporary home!

The front office staff is so friendly and live on site, so keeping the apartment clean and functioning well impacts them directly. Maintenance is quick to respond and super friendly as well! Us and our pups love living here!

We had never lived in an apartment complex before, and we were worried how our dog would adjust. We were sold on the AMAZING and ATTENTIVE staff, the welcoming and FUN dog park for our pup, and the amenities! I love the feeling of community here at Maple Knoll also. My fiance and I love coming to the monthly events and meeting our neighbors! It truly feels like home :)

Maple Knoll not only had one of our favorite apartment units, with clean & nice finishes, but the atmosphere was perfect for what we were looking for. The community is very welcoming and very dog-friendly! Our dog is like our child, so we love living in a community where there is a large fenced in dog park for him to freely run and socialize with other Maple Knoll dogs of all ...sizes. There are so many things to do within the complex, and you really feel like you're part of a community. It's dog friendly, and there are several great areas to walk dogs, as well as a dog park.
