The manager Sarah was amazing to work with! She was very helpful and willing to do what it takes to get me approved to become a resident there! Maple Village is lucky to have her there! I look forward to becoming a resident and working with her in the future! I'm definitely going to recommend Maple Village to friends and family who are looking for a new wonderful place to live! I love the location first of all it's a nice city close to everything but what I like the most? the amenities are few but the value went into the apartments, I was living in Minnetonka at an apt that cost 500 more and lots of centipedes and mice and I can count on one hand any type of bug I've seen that is A for me... the apt is large 3bd 2 ba and the island in the kitchen is huge and the woodwork is nice also my laundry room is huge and I really like the manager..the ONLY reason I don't give ...

them a 5? they let in some residents that don't care about the appearance of the bldg they make a mess smoke outside when they are not suppose to smoke anywhere in or around this bldg.. other than that I really can say I love living here..
