After living here a little less than a month, I can’t say enough how positive my experience has been as a tenant. Taya is an absolute gem, she’s assisted us every step of the way with the move-in from the start.
Both Taya, Lynzy, and the building maintenance team are not only consistently responsive, but also very efficient, resourceful, and kind. I am very appreciative of the management team, and especially thankful for the ingenuity and dedication Taya brings to the community here.

Maple and Main has been great to live in. I’ve lived here for almost a year now with my cat. It’s located in the perfect spot in DG! Right above Foxtail and so close to everything everyone loves about The Grove. The apartments are super nice and the staff is great! Especially if you live to stroll around downtown DG, I couldn’t recommend a better spot to live.

I've lived at Maple and Main since 2021 and can't say enough about how wonderful it is to live here. If you are looking for a place to call home in Downers grove, then look no further. The location, amenities, and excellent building management make it an easy decision to renew my lease every year.

I have lived at Maple and Main for 6 years. The building has great common area facilities for the residents - pool, grills, gym, game room, and 2 lounges. Additionally, the building management does a really nice job at planning social events for the residents.
