I've lived at Maple and Main since 2021 and can't say enough about how wonderful it is to live here. If you are looking for a place to call home in Downers grove, then look no further. The location, amenities, and excellent building management make it an easy decision to renew my lease every year.

Great facilities with a ton of resident events

I have lived at Maple and Main for 6 years. The building has great common area facilities for the residents - pool, grills, gym, game room, and 2 lounges. Additionally, the building management does a really nice job at planning social events for the residents.
