The pool has been GREEN for the past two summers. The garage bins are always overflowing and is left outside of it's designated area. They took off the basketball back board with the rim due to COVID but it has yet to be put back. The gym is closed 24/7. Never open. When something breaks the maintenance takes forever to fix the problems. This apartment is a very gross and dirty. My family and I have been living here for more than 10 years. I have lived in my apartment at maplewood for about 3 years. It's an amazing place to live with my toddler. They have a place area, basketball court and swimming pool. It's close to main shopping centers and clovis schools. The manger Matt is really nice and helps out however he can. I would definitely recommend maplewood apartments in Fresno
