November 11, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comYes, it's a great location but quality of tenants and management is low. The management does the BARE minimum regarding maintaining property and units. They are not well taken care of at all, and will try to put blame on you when you move out for every issue. Landlord says it will take 4 WEEKS to return security deposit. 4 WEEKS! When you move in, take a cell photo of everything wrong (broken blinds, AC filter!, dirt in/on appliances, burnt lightbulbs, holes in walls etc) and keep a record of it ...otherwise she will blame you and deduct it from security deposit. The management doesn't know what integrity is or do they care.Read More
Poorly maintained, roaches
September 11, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comLived here for two years. When maintenance was required, which was often as the buildings are old, the response from management was slow. Did most maintenance ourselves. Barely any communication from landlady. Had molding and decay behind bathroom walls, and had roaches in apartment and laundry room. Seems like when fixes are absolutely necessary, only the bare minimum is spent. Although nicely located, I would not recommend this apartment complex.

Also the maintenance crew fixes things in a timely fashion. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment complex to live jn.

February 20, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI wish I can give negative stars. The management doesn't take care of the property. Roaches are everywhere in the apartment building. (found roaches in my closet, kitchen sink, kitchen cabinet etc..) I told the apartment property manager, but she didn't respond to any of my complains about the roaches. also, It took about weeks to fix maintenance issue I reported. I wish I never moved into this apartment.

Additionally the management and staff are extremely responsive and go out of their way to insure that all maintenance issues are attend and addressed to the satisfaction of tenants. Also find the location to be convenient with it's being near to the metro, city hall, police department and recreational facilities for Maplewood community. Enjoy the nearby restaurants in the trendy maplewood center. ...Glad to living here.Read More
Poor Living Experience
April 6, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI would highly recommend staying away from this complex if possible. The new management does not seem to care about the quality of tenets that they are permitting, or the safety and health of their current tenets. Even when multiple complaints are left in regards to noise or disturbances, they do little to nothing unless the police are contacted. The number of incidents involving police in the complex has greatly increased. There is a larger presence of drug traffic and vandalism to individuals ...property. The property is poorly maintained, they do no landscaping or maintenance on the grounds, the laundry rooms are constantly dirty, and you are lucky if the machines are functioning. Their current maintenance man is squatting in vacant units, and does very little to maintain the property and the previous one was fired for stealing from tenets. Also the ad is highly misleading. If you are expecting a 600 square foot 1 bedroom apartment, you are in for a shock, the one bedroom units are approximately 450 square feet, and the 2 bedrooms are 600.Read More
