February 14, 2023I wouldn’t wish this complex on my worst enemy since the change in ownership to Bridge Property Management- Management is useless (you’re lucky if the team is even on site). Your car will be broken into (management has not prioritized a gated lot). Your packages will be stolen (management has not prioritized a camera or door that shuts to the package parcel). Walls are paper thin and vents are connected; management will do nothing to stop your neighbor from smoking inside 24/7 to the point in ...which your clothes soak up the scent despite a clear source and numerous complaints. Management allows parking in the only area to turn around and parking that blocks stair access. Animal owners do not pick up waste with no consequence. You can only rely on the nightly trash service that often does not come because, you guessed it, management does not prioritize a different dumpster that prevents residents from leaving 15 trash bags and miscellaneous items (mattresses, furniture, etc.) on the ground preventing use. There are numerous better living options of comparable cost within a mile radius- choose those.Property Manager Responded
