Awesome Apartment Complex
December 1, 2021I have lived at Marconi Gardens Apts for almost 15 years now. There have been many changes over the years, all great! These are huge, luxury, top of the line apartments. The rent is well under what it is in most luxury complexes. Our current manager, Saida is the best manager we’ve had. There have been so many upgrades since her arrival. She really cares about the tenants and our community here. If you’re looking for an apartment to settle down in for years to come, then you would want to live ...here!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
August 26, 2020Save yourself the trouble and find a better complex to rent from. There is zero parking and trying to move in and out is a nightmare. There were roaches in my apartment which says enough about the cleanliness. Poor setup, poor management. They tried to have my car towed as I was loading up to move out and threatened to evict me with three days left on my lease. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.Property Manager Responded
