The photos are not anything what it looks like. The walls are very thin. Laundry room is always a mess and smells like pee. The pool was filled with dirt. The place is filled with rats. Management does nothing but raise prices. Parking is horrible the list goes on…..

Was sent here for a door dash delivery and was parked with my flashers on at night time in a place that wasn’t bothering anyone. I grabbed my items then walked out the car then this guy saying he was the manager had glasses on and long hair and started to berate me with foul language. I told him relax I’m just dropping this off I’ll be out of here in a sec. Then he makes this horrible face saying no we don’t do this here get the f out! Now imagine the poor tenants who live here how there treated ...

New management, newly remodled apts, a great place to live

My husband and I moved into Marin Gardens the week that new management started in Feb. 2017. The new manager, Kelli and Jason, the new maintenance guy, took very good care of us and continue to do so. Marin Gardens has a well integrated group of tenants, who are friendly. We have a ground floor apartment with a nice patio for our dogs that is roomy and remodeled. There is a great little park right across the street, Los Rancheros Park. Down hill or under the freeway

I lived here for iver 10 years and was forced to move so the new owners could raise the rent. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. I am an older woman with a pet and there were not hardly any places in marin that were affordable. Needless to say, I down sized to a small studio but I have cell phone reception now which I never did at marin gardens because it's located under the freeway. Many residents including myself had to stand outside on the sidewalk to have a conversation. You can drive by ...

any day or night and see residents on the side walk because there is no reception inside the apartments. I hear the manager who harassed me is gone now as they only ever last 6 months anyway.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. After living here for nearly two years I am throwing in the towel. Up until now this place has been okay... Recently new owners and new management has come into place. I have felt personally attacked by the manager here and have complained multiple times to the management company to no avail. I'm sad to leave because I really love the apartment itself, as well as the pool and location. I just cannot overlook the horrible management any longer.

This is a lie ! This complex charges for water, sewer , garbage , electricity, gas and it's almost $175 extra on your rent . There's no manager in the property or 24hr maintnance . Theres rats in The pool . Do not rent an apartment there !
