    It’s a quiet place to live, except for some neighbors who don’t know how to keep the areas clean. The staff is excellent. Definitely, the lake, the ducks, and the sunsets make this place something wonderful.

    Very comfortable, close to work, a lot safer than when we first moved in. Community has improved a lot. I wish trash pick up was more consistent as some days they don’t pick up or come at the wrong times. I love when they have food trucks by the office and when they send more consistent emails about the community. I wish there was more enforcement about pet waste as I’ve never seen someone pick up after their dog and it gets into the buildings too. Overall, I enjoy living here compared to a lot ...

    Pool always broken which also means that the gym has limited hours. Also since I moved here the landscaping and grass areas have gotten worse

    Its only been a few days since me and my spouse moved in I have to say we love it, I myself love the overall design of the apartment from the chill patio deck to the high ceilings with the cool celling fan. Even the atmosphere is great ????
