March 11, 2026I enjoy living here quiet neighbors, friendly people stays pretty clean. My garbage is always picked up if i have a problem with my apartment they are quick to fix it, workers are friendly and very polite and kind. January 2, 2026Overall I don't mind the community and I love my apartment, it has so many memories ! Unit 614 6233 and the balcony is what really sold me and spacious floor plan. My only complaints would most definitely be the parking situation, I wish I we had better parking for residents, it seems its a free for all. Having designated parking would be great because I work two jobs and one of them is coming back late around 2 or 3 am and there is no close parking to my apartment building. I had to walk from ...the other side to my apartment late one night and I had to get up early for my day job and it takes extra time to walk all the way down to my car. So if they could fix this would be great like having designated guest parking and if people don't have a decal or something that shows they live here then they get towed. and we can have our own spots.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2025Living in this apartment has been a mostly positive experience overall. The location is one of its strongest features, with grocery stores, public transportation.The neighborhood feels safe and active, especially during the evenings. The apartment itself is well designed and functional. The layout makes good use of space, and natural light comes in through large windows for most of the day. Maintenance has been responsive when issues are reported, usually resolving problems within a reasonable ...timeframe. Noise levels are generally low, though occasional sounds from neighboring units can be heard. Amenities such as the pool and shared common areas are clean and convenient, though they can become busy during peak hours. Overall, this apartment offers solid value for the price and would suit students, professionals, or small families looking for a comfortable place to live. October 24, 2025I've been living here since 2018. Overall I've enjoyed it. Been in 3 different units; started in a 1 bed, 1 bath then moved to a 2,2 then moved again to a larger 2,2 unit. We adore the maintenance team, they're great. Quick to answer emergency calls and our questions when we ask about what causes any issues and how they fixed them. Some things need updating though. Noisy if you live under someone; in my first unit sometimes the ceiling shook as the neighbors walked around and the vibrations ...carried through the walls, so I try to be mindful since I'm upstairs now. There's a few stray/outdoor cats that help with pests (haven't seen another rat ever since they showed up) so I'm glad they're here. As far as I'm concerned they're helping and should stay. Communication with the front office could use improvement. I'm usually able to get through on calls, but emails don't get a response even though they're received, so I have to make time to visit in person to follow up on things.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 18, 2025The GATE has never worked, there are homeless people sleeping in the pool and there’s a lot of reports of violence in the apartments, it’s getting very dark around ( missing lights and bulbs) and the gardening is a zero, the paths always covered by dirt and sand, and the grass growing uneven, mushrooms growing. The only thing good is the friendly staff but sadly they can’t do anything about this.Property Manager Responded
