New building beautifully maintained
March 3, 2022Marina Villa has great views of an active marina bustling with energy. The building was completed about two years ago and the property management team takes great care to see that everything is perfect. There is a gym, party room, billiards, large patio area featuring outdoor grills and a heated pool. The staff and residents I have met have been quite nice. The building is quiet.
