Horrible management
April 29, 2024Where to start…let’s see, the gates don’t work, they don’t maintain the grounds, they charge $40 a month for trash and the dumpsters are always full. Over 200 units and 4 dumpsters. Management frequently locks them too. They’ve put locks on all the water access points to prevent residents from using water we pay for. They don’t have pictures of the units they actually have, they have nice remodeled ones pictured, but that’s not what you get.Review from Apartments.com
Horrendous
October 21, 2017This complex was nice before it was purchased. New owners tore down all outdoor amenities (BBQ pit, playgrounds, tables, fountains) just prior to summer, none have been replaced as of late October. Prior to purchase, it felt safe. At this time the complex is loud, fairly dirty and often you will find suspicious looking individuals loitering in the parking lot. I do not feel safe having my wife come home alone at night. The leasing office is very hard to contact, more often than not you will have ...to leave a message. Property managers do not see it as a priority to fix issues within the units. My dryer has been broken for a week now. The maintenance mechanic told me they have a replacement on hand, however, the office has told me they don't know when they can replace the dryer. They recently began painting the exterior of the building. Instead of notifying tenants not to park near certain building on certain dates, they put plastic AND TAPE ON TENANTS CARS! I was furious. My brand new car was taped up with plastic and masking tape. The rent prices are so high due to the location (Marina, Shopping) but the apartments themselves and the stress you have to deal with is NOT WORTH IT.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Sad to be leaving.
November 6, 2015I have loved living here! Sadly due to one of the roommates moving out of state, have had to leave for financial reasons. The staff here are excellent and super friendly. I will miss going into the office for a friendly chat. I have had no problems here what so ever. I would highly recommend to live here! It's a very nice community. ZReview from Apartments.com

August 12, 2015Live by the beautiful Sparks Marina! Marina is across the street from our clubhouse! Coffee Bar, Computer Room, Videos and a 24 hour Gym! Pool and Hot Tub! Lush Grounds, well lit and Gated! Attatched garages for downstairs units! Great office staff, no drama. Walk to Legends outlet Mall or to the Marina! Dog Park at the Marina with water access for your water loving dogs! No breed restrictions at Marina Village! If you live here, you love it here!Review from Apartments.com
The last home you'll ever need
August 8, 2015In the 12 years I've been in Nevada I have never lived in better apartments than in Harbour Cove Apartments. They have exceptional customer service, huge love of pets, and huge amounts of patience. There is never a day when I'm not either in the gym, or doing homework in the clubhouse, swimming a few laps in the pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi. Even if none of that interests you Harbour cove apartments are conveniently located near the marina, theaters, and a huge shopping center.
