Bad Management
March 23, 2025The rudest management ever. They will block your calls if you have any concerns. Communication is key for management and they have none. Instead of solving any issues, they blame you. For such a nice building, its upsetting they have bad property management.Review from Apartments.com

BEWARE
April 15, 2022I applied on Sunday online paid the $500 for the application fee ($150 & $350 reservation deposit) mind you they say non refundable.. The leasing agent was so on top of everything at first she sent me the list of documents I needed to send over, the lease forms; and I emailed the required qualifying documents that evening and early in the morning. This was crucial for me as that was the last upper unit available on the 14th floor. I wanted to know my exact view and the most important thing ...the noise level, coming from the on going construction of there other buildings; since I work full time remotely, I never got that question addressed, I sent over my qualifying documents but didn't sign those forms saying the application and reserve fee is non refundable because I was hoping to get all questions addressed and the video of the actual unit, before that check went into processing so they cant say oh because you cancelled you loose the $500., nobody should be put in this situation. It should take 48 hours max to approve an apartment application, as of Tues. I emailed a couple of times asking for a call and to please address my concerns nothing, I called over 10 times no answer, I emailed again Wed. no response, I called and another leasing agent said she was out of the office and he didn't know anything regarding my application, after I expressed my concerns and questions to him he couldn't answer or provide. And I emailed today no response, called about 7 times spoke to a another leasing agent that said she would have Randall I believe call me back once he is out of a meeting no return call as of yet and then I called again and the same person I spoke to said she would try and find out and left me on hold for 15 mins., never came back to the phone, and didn't call me back. I called again several times no answer, and now they are closed., just shitty Mgmt. I cant imagine living here with lack of customer service. and now they will probably not want to return my $350 minus the application fee because I'm canceling. BE WARE unless your ok with loosing $500 if you need a quick approval like most apartments take 48-72 hours this place has had everything since Monday and now its end of business Thursday and I dont know where I stand with my application and still have not addressed the noise level or do I have a video of the unit I was considering renting. Horrible Mgmt. no updates as of today but they took my $500.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
