Roaches and falling apart

Attractive Living in Sparks!
October 13, 2022Overall, I’ve had no issues with this apartment. There’s always groundskeepers out maintaining and keeping the property clean! The leasing office staff is friendly. Any maintenance request I’ve sent in was promptly addressed and resolved. Neighbors are quiet and there’s so many shops and other things to do very close by! October 11, 2022Good and bad. Maintenance is slow and there’s no emergency maintenance, management takes their time solving problems. Have had several unexplained power outages and issues with water and trash. Management can be unprofessional but is much better than the old management who were completely terrible.
