Miserable
July 5, 2023My air conditioner leaks causing mold and and a stain in the hallway and ceiling. Rodent issues that tenants have to exterminate ourselves. My daughter's apartment hasn't been prepped properly! I can't wait for my lease to expire! I had enough of itProperty Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
February 22, 2020Terrible customer service and communication from day one, I paid my deposit an entire month before they moved me in, they told me my move in day was one day then when I showed with a uhaul truck they tried to push mf back 2 more days, once finally moved in the SECOND day I had seen 3 roaches within 6 hours THEN the water leaked through the ceiling so bad over the dining room that the light fixture fell and broke at that a huge puddle in my DINING room , I moved back out the very next day it took ...them 2 months to refund my money back. Rental office is extremely rude and always states “we’ll call you back” and will never actually do so. It is an unsanitary and unsafe environment DO NOT MOVE HERERead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible communication
July 31, 2019I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with the level of service I have been receiving since move in date . I have been living here a little shy of two months from day one it’s been a miscommunication. I am currently awaiting a work order to be fulfilled from move in. My ceiling in my bathroom has been leaking since week 3 of move in. And to my understanding the contractors are on the way . I’m just wondering if they came to you guys house because they can’t have my address as I have yet to see ANYONE. It is ...super frustrating and I’ve had it up to here with the office people. It’s ok for the price
July 19, 2019I stayed close to the leasing office side. This side is pretty quiet honestly however the walls are truly paper thin. I can hear every phone conversation my neighbors have. The upside is there’s plenty of outdoor space for children to play. I don’t have a back yard because it faces the street so i just get a cement patio kind of. No roaches or anything in the year I’ve been here. But the ladies in the lease office change a lot and each of them are rude and nasty. The maintenance team never wants ...to fix anything. Ever. My mailbox door has been broken the entire year that I’ve lived here. Mail has been stolen out my box so many times i barely bother to check it. I only order stuff if it comes to my door. Dont move here
September 27, 2018The people at the front desk are rude and as helpless as can be. Ive had a leak in my ceiling for the past 6 months and have reported it numerous times, gone and talked with someone many occasions and I'm always told the same thing someone will be by to check it out. The leak is still there. Theres a terrible roach infestation. Walls are thin enough to hear a whole conversation. Rooms are too small and can't fit a bedset. August 14, 2015This is a good apartment if you like to be off of main streets and intersection. Not far from interstate, stores, and restaurants. Office staff is okay. Can't talk to office manager at any giving time. The front office person tries to help you out in any way they can. The apartment is set up like a townhouse setting. It can use some upgrade in the apartment but its a nice size for an apartment. The apartment has a pool, small gym, wash & dryer facility.
