Lived Here Over A Year - Would Recommend
January 3, 2023I've lived at MCC almost 2 years and have enjoyed it. The Property Management staff has great communication and flexible. Security has gone out of their way to help me with the parking garage. Maintenance is ON IT and actually fixes the root cause of an issue and doesn't it band aid it like other apartments I've lived in. The price is fair for the market especially to live downtown. Parking garage rates did increase but that isn't their fault it's privately owned and was handed over to another ...management company that charges more. There is smaller part of the garage that MCC exclusively uses and they did not change their rate. When my 12 month lease was up they provided tons of lease options for shorter terms. The grounds are always well cleaned and maintained daily. The cleaning staff is great and friendly. For being in a little rougher corner of downtown, and having Coopers Alley behind us I've never seen strange people be a problem in the lobby or felt unsafe. Everything requires key car access. Great location close to Cadence Coffee and Culture Coffee if you love good coffee. MCC does awesome seasonal and holiday treats and favors. The gift wrapping station during the holidays is LOADED. I've used the lounge and terrace to throw a party and friends love it. Neighbors mind their business and are friendly. There are trash & recycling services for no extra fee. I would recommend to anyone inquiring about living here. I don't really have anything bad to say about my experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Horrible Customer Service
March 8, 2020Office staff, particularly Brittany, are rude and condescending. The units are pretty descent and the amenities are good but poor customer service tells me that they really don’t care about their tenants. It such a shame.Review from Apartments.com
