August 8, 2025I moved into my apartment July 15th with the help of the Community Manager Taylor, she was beyond fantastic in terms of communication and professionalism. I did have a maintenance issue come up on day 1 that was immediately resolved by Cameron and Evan. Maintenance is on top of things and I couldn’t be happier. Worst place I have ever lived
October 28, 2024My hot water has been out for over two weeks. I have spoken with the office and gone all the way up to Griffis Blessing. They don’t care. There is no communication and no compensation. It is the worst to take ice cold showers for two weeks. Clothes don’t get clean, dishes don’t get clean. To top it all off, my water bill has gone UP?!?! I should get this months rent free. But they don’t care.Property Manager Responded
