May 8, 2025They allow anyone to move here it hasn’t been a week and I’m already begging and literally crying myself to sleep because I want to leave! This place has caused my family & I so much stress and anxiety since we’ve moved in. Excessive and obnoxious noise from neighbors are acceptable to management! Not a Bad Place to Live!
November 8, 2020Been here about a year now and I can say in all honesty that this isn't a bad place to live. My unit had a few issues when we first moved in but Mgmt did everything they could to make it right. The complex is safe (I walk my dog sometimes late at night) and I never feel uncomfortable. My only complaint is there is sometimes an overflow of trash in the dumpster which is just an eyesore but doesn't directly affect my living conditions. Overall I like it here and will probably renew another year.Review from Apartments.com

December 5, 2019I lived in the 2 bedroom apartment for a year, one good thing i can say about Marsh creek is that they take good care of their property. During the winter i did not have any HEAT AT ALL. maintenance came to attempt to rectify the situation but could not get my heat to work, i had to survive in the winter from space heaters and running the oven all day. Everytime i called maintenance they came within 24hrs. The apartment was very quiet and a safe neighborhood. I never had a problem with any of the ...management. The apartments are made pretty cheap and there is not enough storage space inside. Dont move here
July 9, 2018Dont ever be a day late for rent or get a complaint againts you. I havent done either but know others who have. Also never ever trust a word that Kimberly says, she has told me wrong rent prices resulting in late fees, she doesnt know many policies or protocol. so word of advice talk to the manager if you dont want to end up in a big mess due to her saying whatever pops into her head. Love my new place
July 6, 2017I love my new place. I have no complains. I have the luxury 2 bedroom and its exactly like descriped. I think the play scape needs improving. There is no shelter against the sun and the mulch needs to be cleaned and relayed. I took my grand there and was disappointed. But its a nice quiet place to live. Great place to live!
June 20, 2017I recently moved into one of the renovated units at Marsh Creek Village and love it so far. The styling of my apartment is great, and I love the fact that the living room isn't carpet, which really helps my allergies. The granite counters really feel luxurious too. Now that its summer, I find myself at the pool quite frequently. I haven't had much interaction with the staff, but they seem pleasant.
