Cigarette Smoking
March 30, 2021The apartments are nice for the price, rather small, but the biggest issue is the management company is based out of KC, so there is little communication with them. We have had recent neighbors move into the property that smoke cigarettes frequently, causing the entire building to smell. If you have asthma, allergies, or are not a cigarette smoker, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

From the original woodwork, to courtyard space, to free parking this is the perfect property for anyone looking for affordable luxury living within walking distance to downtown Indianapolis. July 28, 2015The MaryDen is one of few historical buildings still left in what is considered the Old Northside of Indianapolis. It has charm and style and a cozy atmosphere. With all of the modern apartments and condomininiums that have been developed recently have overshadowed this vintage home sweet home apartment. You can't find windows as large as what is a great selling point at the MaryDen. The architectural structure of the ceiling and walls reminds residents of history's love for the arts.
