June 17, 2025
AC wasn’t working upon move in and proceeded to break five more times on the hottest days of summer. Someone would come and say nothing was wrong with it each time even though it literally stopped working and the apartment never felt cool. Our fridge broke and it took us contacting every person at the property management company to have it fixed 10 days later. Expect to wait over a month for other maintenance requests just for it to break again immediately. Complex smells like weed the majority ...
of the time. Don’t expect the office to be staffed even though they have posted business hours. Apartment was covered in painted over painters tape and the toilet bowls were rusted upon move in. The only good thing about this place is the location.
