6 days without hot water
January 4, 2025We have not had hot water for 6 days. It has worked a total of maybe 4 hours in the last 6 full 24 hour daysProperty Manager Responded
January 6, 2025We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the lack of hot water over the past several days. Residents were informed about the necessary repairs taking place after the holidays, and we are pleased to share that our maintenance team has completed the work. Hot water service should now be fully restored. October 7, 2022Roaches, poor management, constant issues with utilities (water shutoffs are quite common), crime (your car will be broken into 100%, they cannot even keep the gates secure and they are always open). Several safety complaints have been filed against this property over this summer alone. You will regret living here, guaranteed.Review from Apartments.com
No outside seating allowed
July 27, 2022The new management has decided patio furniture is no longer allowed and the majority of apartments do not have back patios. If you enjoy sitting outside then this place is not for you. We have always been a knit community who looked out for each other and crime. The new management no longer wants people sitting outside and keeping crime out of our community.Review from Apartments.com
