July 23, 2020There are no elevators in this property and there seem to be a disproportionate number of people who are disabled and/or elderly on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Also, the neighborhood is very very crime ridden and dangerousProperty Manager Responded

Maryland Park is a multi-family property that does offer several accessible units located on the 1st floor of each building. Maryland Park is located in a very diverse neighborhood which makes it a great location for many. We are conveniently located just blocks from several grocery stores, Walgreens’, restaurants, laundry facilities and within just 5 miles of a mall.
