I had lived at these apartments for 1 year wishing I could have left sooner. From the time I moved in to the time I had moved out my hot water had stopped working 3 times, the kitchen sink leaked ALL over the kitchen floor twice in which maintenance asked if it could wait until the following day, toilet was leaking all over bathroom floor, and last but not least the refrigerator had stopped working resulting in us throwing away ALL of our food twice. also NOT in a quiet neighborhood considering its located right in front of a busy train track, and they never disclosed that these were smoking apartments as well. So all in all if you enjoy having a lot of maintenance problems that take time out of YOUR personal day, or an apartment that drips yellow on the walls after you take a shower from the nicotine this is the place for you!
