About Mauna Loa Evergreen Apartments L.L.C

This is a No Smoking within the gated community property. We no longer accept any pets. One wall-mounted air conditioner is provided in the back Dining Room area. Only portable A/C Units with window vent outlets are allowed in the other rooms. We do not have central air or central heating. Two coin-operated Laundry facilities are provided on site. The apartments do not have Laundry hook-ups. The centrally located pool is not heated. There is no Jacuzzi or hot tub. Only Two assigned Vehicles may park behind the Resident parking only, Gated Parking Access per apartment. We do not have any overnight guest or visitor parking. No overnight street parking in Fullerton between the hours of 2 AM and 5 AM without a temporary permit issued at the Fullerton Police Station. Parking Tickets are $35.00 per violation. Inoperable or currently unregistered vehicles are not allowed in our parking areas. These units are considered Garden-Style, Single Story apartments with a fenced-in Patio area behind each unit.

Our apartments are the best. We are located in a wonderfull neighborhood,quiet great neighbors the best schools major university not far away. If you like shoping there is everything, downtown or mall. In all the best place to walk jog we have bike and horse paths, great place to raise a family and rent is average but worth it!

Great Location, Great price, Great Schools

Mauna Loa Evergreen Apartments are very spacious, well kept and very affordable. All of the apartments here are 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with an extra large dining room and a nice sized patio. There is also a very well maintained swimming pool for the complex. It is a very friendly community of people with great on-site management. We are located on the border of Fullerton and Brea with a great neighborhood amongst us and great schools in the Fullerton School Distict. We are also walking or a short ...
