I really hated this place for a number of reasons:
High crime rate: roommates car got broke into, then stolen, my car got vandalized, there were frequent issues with crime
Property Issues: dog poop everywhere, security no where to be found, management doesn’t respond to inquiries unless you show up in person, they don’t enforce policies, and they don’t care about the property.
Unit Issues: my unit had a leaking A/C three times and they had to cut the wall apart because it was leaking into the ...
wall. I collected 13 gallons of water in the time it took to repair. It’s also just a cheaply constructed place. Looks nice at first glance but lots of issues.
Neighbor Issues: tenants have ring cameras facing right at your front door allowing them to monitor your every move and it’s really intrusive.
Fees: there’s lots of fees on top of the base rent
