Wow. Poorly managed
December 26, 2019Been here 3years. Rarely see maintenance, grounds are not well kept. They don’t follow thru on complaints. I like the community itself but management has got to change it it is slowly going to be run down.Property Manager Responded
December 31, 2019I am so sorry that you feel this way. The grounds and property is Managed by Stonegate Property Management Company. They are doing a phenomenal job of working with the HOA to make up grades and repairs to the property. They just finished the new roofs and the workout room received new equipment as well as new curbs and roadways and patios are going to be repaired. Great place to live
April 7, 2019I recently lived here in the newly updated 2 br unit. I enjoyed my time here and management was always very responsive and helpful. You also can’t beat the location in the heart of Montgomery.Review from Apartments.com

September 26, 2015We love living here. Sharon the condo manager is awesome, maintenance is always on top of things, and the other tenants are very courteous. I love the 2 masters and the basement is lovely. We love it here and would hate to leaveReview from Apartments.com
