I lived in this apartment complex for more than 3 and half year.old management used to be good. Now the new management called precise management is worst than any management. I lived in 1 bedroom. I asked for 2 bedroom.they keep me waited more than 6 month and never gave me 2 bedroom. I get fed up so i moved on to a house. Then i asked for my security deposit money. They denying to payback my security deposit money. Instead the maintenance guy broke the bathroom of my 1 bedroom apartment the ...

nextday after i moved out and charged me for bathroom floor and toilet and the carpet. Also they tried charged me for small hole in the bathroom which it was there before i move in. Please dont go there. New management called precise management will rip you off as much as they can. I apologize for my bad English.
