August 4, 2015This apartment is affordable, in a great location, and has modern amenities and insulation. The humidity control can be controlled via the wall unit, which is cheap and has never cost me more than $75/month. Probably averages to around $35/month per year. All in all, great management as well. Reasonable and flexible.Review from Apartments.com
