August 18, 2025The Hayes Street parking lot appears to be a comfy haven for smokers of both kinds. It is where both kinds of smoking happens, outside the laundry room, & it's located in the community common area. Non-smokers may feel more comfortable entering elsewhere than that parking lot or that side of the complex. Some very bright lights, seemingly intended for safety, fill some patio backyards 24/7 &/or thru bedroom windows, which could affect relaxation, sleep, or privacy.Review from Apartments.com
