my heat broke during the winter season and after 1 failed attempt, they told me the weather was getting warmer so go buy a heater if needed and they will be holding off on fixing my unit. The weather got warmer and now i'm waiting on them to stop by to TRY and fix my air conditioning again... hopefully 2017 is my year. 3. Inconsiderate management: they never inspect my apartment on the days they specify in the letters left on my door, when my heat/air conditioning was broken they offered no aid or anything to help my time there more tolerable (had to by fans for summer and space heaters for winter). They don't take complaints seriously and make you feel awkward for even talking to them. They will not notify you if a package you were expecting has been delivered any yet they strongly enforce a policy that if you don't pick it up within 5 days they will ship it back. 4. Not a safe area: my car was broken into twice and despite the apartment complex stating that they have cameras on the parking lots, there was not attempt by police officers or the apartment complex to review the tapes or catch the people responsible. Cars were being broken into for days without so much as a warning from the apartment complex to not leave valuables in your car. Kids throw beer bottles into the streets and the gas station right next to the apartments always attracts a sketchy crowd of individuals that tend to hang out either right in front of the store all night or they walk the neighborhood a lot. 5. Its hard to breathe in the hallways with the smell of weed. 6. there are potholes in the parking lots and the lines are practically invisible so everyone just parks where they want. 7. Really close to a firehouse so sirens can be heard almost every night. bottom line: this place was a bit of a nightmare, could've gotten a 2 but the management team is too sassy and are not good at dealing with problems.
