    Great management

    My mother lives here, so I visit often. Watching the changes that have happened since the new management has taken over is like night and day. They have done so much updating and everyone seems so much happier. I personally had the pleasure of meeting the new Manager and she is fantastic, very personable, friendly and genuinely cares for the tenants. My mom is always praising her on how she takes care of everything, I guess she even does some maintenance work. My moms toilet kept running so ...
    she took care of it on the spot instead of calling in maintenance. How neat is that. When I was there last she was putting together new patio furniture for out front. It looks great, my mom was one of the first to go test it out. I love seeing my mom so happy.

    New management

    There is a new owner/management company since Feb 2020. They are doing a great job now, making repairs as needed, keeping tenants up to date on things (good communication), and more. This is a 62 and older building (or younger if disabled, etc) so it's nice and quiet.
