the previous property manager was good, the current management team is incompetent. 3-6 hour water shut offs every other week all summer and they do not respond to messages or answer the phone when the water isn’t back on hours past their maintenance windows. it has been so bad lately that, after the water was off for 6 hours during the middle of the day for the second day in a row, i showed up at their offices asking for an explanation. they acted like wanting to know when i could use the ...

This building was originally built as a hotel in the 1910's but were renovated into apts in the 70's (don't quote me on that though). Pros: Hardwood floors, great view, close to downtown, pretty easy-going tenants Cons: spendy, small (they were hotel rooms after all), plaster walls, management's quick to take your money but slow to respond to maintenance requests (took 3 months for them to replace a window screen that was missing when I first moved in)
