Nice but still not so nice.
August 18, 2022Just another property that stops caring when you sign on the dotted line. Basically every issue brought to Mac's attention was ignored. I even paid for parking access, but had to street park because the key I received was broken. Returned the key on 3 separate occasions but management didn't care to send help or even check the other (broken) keys either so I never received parking access or even an explanation. February 16, 2021i would give it no stars if i could. management is a joke. the apartment was filthy when we moved in, submitted 20 (yes, 20, that’s not an exaggeration) in the first TWO WEEKS of living here, we lose all of our packages, they will try to overcharge you hoping you won’t notice, zero building safety or security. management is callous and uncaring, totally unhelpful in every possible way. save your money and live somewhere that isn’t run by mac properties. i am so disappointed that we had such a ...terrible experience and we didn’t pick another place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
