March 29, 2025Been here for a year and a half and so far it’s been great! Previous property manager was amazing compared to the previous apartments I’ve lived in. New property manager started not too long ago, so not much to go off of, but has been nice and accommodating on a recent request. Front office is friendly and welcoming and maintenance staff is helpful, kind, and prompt. Looking forward to continue living here!Property Manager Responded

March 26, 2025Amenities are pretty new, clean and well maintained. Access to property is easy with key fabs and gate codes. Office personnel as are very nice and helpful (eager to assist and follow-up). Location! Location! Location! Very nice being close to downtown where I work, while also being near/adjacent to different park & trail spaces. Building and hallways also clean and smell good.
