I’m impressed with living here. It’s better than I thought. I love it. I had doubts in the beginning because I didn’t think maintenance was on top of it and there were a lot of dead roaches on the apts that I toured, but this really is a peaceful clean environment where everyone follows the rules.

I love everything about the apartment.Living on the ground floor you may get a few bugs and n the house.But overall it is definitely worth it.The scenery is beautiful,the neighbors are very kind.I do recommend others to live here.

Great living experience but costly! Wish the trees were more and grown a bit but that’s understandable since it’s a new community. Amenities are good. The staff is helpful. The only issue I found was that sometimes the neighbors don’t control their pets and walk their animals without leashes and the animals bark and jump on you. And they also their animals in their yard where they bark at anyone walking.

It’s been great so far! Move in was interesting with a date mix up and then the move in fee was undercharged leaving me with a credit which was t supposed to be there so that was added back on to my rent which is whatever. Mildly annoyed that I can’t split the rent in rent cafe but also whatever.

Generally good experience but my building has been under construction for almost three months now after the snow storm in January. Still not complete, and my baseboards in my unit are still missing

Good apartment with gym facilities. Nearby the main shops. Maintenance and the service is good. Leasing office is good.Everything is good but a bit expensive. Could be better if the price is affordable for the party area
