May 5, 2025I was moved into an apartment that wasn’t cleaned. I vomited after seeing the amount of dirt in the bathroom sinks. Thick hair clusters all over the place white walls stained and unprofessionally retouched. Cabinets are cracked and floor edges are horrible to look at. Stepping out, I see trash bags piled up by the exit to the parking lot. Coming into my apartment, the outside of my door has its floor badly stained. Then I saw people hanging clothes on their balconies. The only good experience I ...have had so far was Abdul at the leasing office being very friendly.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2025Great apartments and I’ve been enjoying the update to amenities. However, trash policy needs to be reinforced with punishment for those who can’t follow. I see that you all constantly sends out the email. It appears to not be working and apparently no one is getting fined like the email states. I’ve been staying here going on two years and my neighbors have left their trash out every single night. So I have to walk out to see trash in the hall every morning and it attracks bugs by my door. I’ve ...noticed over the year office staff come to inspect the hall for trash cane and take pictures of it.. I’m guessing the fine is not working if they’re being fined.Property Manager Responded

We are as committed as you are to maintaining a clean and pleasant living environment for all our residents. I'm guessing this review was written before we had our hallways power washed. This was part of our ongoing efforts to address the cleanliness concerns in the common areas. If you continue to see trash left out in the hallways, please don't hesitate to notify the office immediately. We will take prompt action to address the issue.
