My experience so far has been nothing short of peaceful. I love it here. The neighbors are friendly and there never seems to be a disturbance of any kind, hopefully it can stay like that. Other than that, I don’t have any criticism as of now.

The only frustrating thing is getting in touch with the leasing agents. The phone keeps ringing or when you leave a voicemail or send an email you either do not get a reply or it takes days

I’ve had a great experience living at Mercer 1900. The management team is responsive and friendly, maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours, and the amenities (gym, pool, common areas) are well kept. The location is convenient for commuting and close to restaurants and shops. Overall, a comfortable and safe place to live, highly recommend!
