The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit.
