March 14, 2024Living at CMD has been great ! Any issues get fixed within 72 hrs and communication with Lisa is amazing. It’s a calm and clean community. Just know that trash valet prices do vary from $45-60 a month.Review from Apartments.com

December 29, 2023The Community is honestly in a great location which is my favorite thing about it. Staff is very kind and helpful and area is relatively safe. They are also beginning renovations on the property which have made a noticeable difference. My only request is that the paint and renovate the hallways.Review from Apartments.com
