I think it is important for prospective renters to understand that Merrill Pines is a condominium community, not an apartment complex. Most units are owner-occupied, which creates a much stronger sense of pride and stability. Additionally, many many senior citizens own and live here and it is ideal location to rent or own if you are a retiree.
